Following a period of consultation we will provide a web design proposal for an effective website you will be proud of. Our customers often comment on how we are able to help them understand the options without esoteric jargon and confusing blurb.
Design: Brand development, Website design, Creative solutions... We have some very creative and skilled website designers. A look at our growing website portfolio is the best evidence of this. Only when you are delighted with the draft does construction begin. This means we have never had a customer dissatisfied with the finished result, never!
Facilities: Some of our customers require a simple online brochure, others a complete online store. We are accustomed to developing complete e-commerce sites. We also enjoy the unusual, special or innovative web projects.
Marketing: Search engine advertising, Free search engines, Newsletters, Mailing lists and Printed advertising.
Giving control to you: Our content management system lets you update your website. No need to understand HTML or web design, the system does it for you. As many of our customers report 'its as easy as editing a word document'.

What we don't do

Unlike many website agencies:

We are not an IT company that also happens to do websites. Our business is 100% website development and management services.
We do not churn out dreary websites from off the shelf templates. Each site we create is original and designed according to our customers wishes and the nature of their market.
We do not follow the standard classical web design methods. Instead we devote much time to research and testing in order to offer the most effective results. This may not seem like an important point, however many of our customers came to Words And People because they had a website developed by another agency only to discover several months later their new website was slow, could not be found in search engines, was very hard to add new content or the web designers are never available... We have re-developed many websites to overcome such problems. However, it is better to have your website developed well from the start.
